Dr. Parmele is your personal guide

Learn about the evidence-based ways to improve your health from a native-born Greek physician and health coach. She will join you in the events, teaching on-the-go. This is a boutique retreat experience, limited to 10 guests per trip date.


*This is an active trip of moderate physical intensity, and all activities may not be suitable to persons of all skill levels.

Surround yourself in the sights, sounds, and smells of these famous Greek islands. 

Farm to Kitchen to Table

Pick organic vegetables under the guidance of a local farmer and learn how to use them to make authentic, delicious Greek meals. Then enjoy the meal with the group as we overlook the Mediterranean.

Sea to Table

Spend a day touring island coves on a traditional fishing boat. Work up an appetite swimming and snorkeling. Then catch dinner and enjoy a traditional Greek food spread with the freshest seafood possible.
