We leave the shores of Naoussa by ATV/buggy and go up into the hills of central Paros to the historic village of Lefkes. We wander through the meandering alleys of this charming town, then take a picturesque hike along an old Byzantine footpath to learn about and taste wild edible herbs, led by our local guide Alkis. We will delight in the aromas of the fresh earth and mountain herbs, feel the cooling breeze as it rises up the slope to greet us, and spend some meditative time along the trail. We will stop in the village square for a small respite, then re-board our ATVs and travel to to Alkis' nearby breathtaking farm for an intimate tour and farm-to-table cooking demo and picnic.
